Open Question: what are some of the best places to build a night club?

so i really want to design/build/manage/own and bar tend at my own night club. but im stuck, i'm haveing trouble finding a good area to build at. some places i am looking at are in california, arizona, new mexico, or florida. can you guys give me some pros and cons about each of the states? and if you know any cities that would be a great place to build and get good business then let me know! im not limited to california arizona new mexico or florida. all advice is appreciated and needed :) thank you...
